Subterranean Press, publishers for the limited editions of the A Song of Ice and Fire series, have sent out the following information in their latest newsletter, which includes a terrific example of Tom Canty’s chapter headers for A Feast for Crows:
Progress on our Limited Edition of George R. R. Martin’s A Storm of Swords continues. Our crack proofreader, Jennifer, has completed volume one and is mid-way through volume two. She projects completing her task late this month, at which point George and Charles Vess take one final glance at the book, and it’s sent to the printer. We’ll be certain to let you know the moment that happens.
Meanwhile, Tom Canty continues work on the next volume in the series, A Feast for Crows. Right now he’s working on chapter heads and tails, and doing preliminary work on the full page and full color illustrations.
