The Admin want to stress that all players are both welcome and encouraged to ask questions, give feedback and voice concerns. If you wonder about anything, if you have a problem or if you have a complaint, don’t hesitate to contact us. In particular, if you have any issues at all with another player, do let us know. It doesn’t matter if it is a new player who has an issue with a player who has been on the game since it opened or vice versa, we want to be informed so that we can help resolve the situation.
To help us evaluate any given issue, please be prepared to provide as much specific information as possible. In situations where there is a conflict between players or complaints about the behaviour of a player, you may be asked for:
Players also need to keep in mind that while we welcome all kinds of feedback, we cannot promise to act on it, or at least not to do precisely what was wanted. However, we will always attempt to explain the reasoning behind our decisions, because we know how frustrating it is to simply be told “this is how it is and that’s that” when you take the time to provide feedback.
We hope that players will see the Admin as approachable rather than remote and out of touch, but since we extend this courtesy to players we hope that players in turn will remember to keep their criticism constructive and their complaints civil. Furthermore, if players choose to complain in a less than civil manner (misrepresenting, lying or “ranting”) about the game in other public venues (such as on other games, livejournals, message boards, etc), the Admin may at their discretion choose to ban such players.
