Blood of Dragons uses a somewhat modified version of Keran’s Weather & Time system. This allows for descs that vary by season and time and weather that varies by season and region.
All IC rooms on the game are parented to one of the available Weather & Time parent rooms (see +HELP +PARENTS). Outdoor rooms use parent #57 whereas indoor rooms can use either #54 or #55 depending on whether they are windowless or windowed.
