House Buckwell of the Antlers
General Information
The motto of the house is, “Pride and Purpose.” The only member of the house to appear has been Jarmen Buckwell, a senior ranger of the Night’s Watch. It is probable but not certain that he was given the choice to join the Night’s Watch or die by Lord Tywin Lannister after having been made a prisoner at the Sack of King’s Landing.

Jarman Buckwell was sent on an expedition to try and find Mance Rayder and his host beyond the Giant’s Stair. He returned safely to the Wall with the report that his scouts had seen Jon Snow riding with the wildlings. His ultimate fate is unknown, as he seems to have accompanied Bowen Marsh when he gathered what strength was left to Castle Black to chase off wildling raiders. He may have been killed in the bloody battle at the Bridge of Skulls.
