House Butterwell
General Information
The only member of the house to be mentioned is a Lord Butterwell of the past, who had served as a Hand to Daeron II during the first part of the first Blackfyre Rebellion. He was renowned for his wit, but he was a failure in that office, performing so abysmally against Daemon Blackfyre that some thought he was secretly in league with him; in fact, it seems that at the least Butterwell tried to keep a foot in both camps. Eventually, he was dismissed before the final battle of the rebellion and was replaced by Lord Hayford.
