House Cafferen of Fawnton

General Information

The only member of the house to be mentioned was a Lord Cafferen during Robert’s War. Along with Lords Grandison and Fell, Lord Cafferen planned to remain loyal to King Aerys and to attack Robert. Learning of their plan, Robert raced to Summerhall where they had intended to join their forces. One by one, he defeated their hosts and took Grandison and Cafferen captive. Lord Cafferen was soon won over by Lord Robert and became his man until he was killed by Lord Randyll Tarly at Ashford. His head was sent to King Aerys.
