General Information

Castle Cerwyn lies half a day’s ride from Winterfell. Lord Medger rules the house, with an elder unwed daughter named Jonelle and his heir being his fourteen-year-old son Cley. Their motto is, “Honed and Ready.”

Spoilers

Cley Cerwyn succeeded to the lordship of the house after the death of his father, Lord Medger, from wounds sustained in battle at the Green Fork, while a prisoner of Lord Tywin Lannister at Harrenhal. Lord Cley was in turn killed before the walls of the ironborn-held Winterfell, by an arrow that pierced his eye, when Lord Bolton’s bastard Ramsay Snow proved treacherous and slaughtered Ser Rodrik Cassel’s host in a surprise attack. His sister Jonelle is now Lady of Cerwyn.
