House Foote

A copper dagger across a black chevron on white

General Information

The only member of the house to appear is one-eyed Ser Philip Foote.

Spoilers

Ser Philip was granted the lands, rights, and incomes of House Caron. Now lord of Nightsong, he won the honor after slaying Lord Bryce Caron, one of Renly’s and then Stannis’s Rainbow Guard, in single combat before King’s Landing. It is not clear whether Bryce Caron was indeed the last direct male heir of his house or whether the Crown forfeited the rights of his remaining kin on account of his support for not one but two Baratheon claimants to the throne.
