There is a song titled, “Lord Harte Rode Out on a Rainy Day”. The only member of the house to be mentioned is Ser Elwood Harte.

Ser Elwood Harte (fighting on the side of King Joffrey) captured Ser Donnel Swann, heir to Stonehelm, during the battle of the Blackwater.
