Southshield is the southernmost of the four Shield Islands north of the mouth of the Mander. The Shield Islands provide a large portion of the war ships for the Tyrell fleet. The only member of the house to be mentioned is Lady Lia Serry, married to Ser Theodore Tyrell who is a cousin to the main branch of the Tyrells.
