This appears to be Mors, a ranger of the Night’s Watch with a secret, fighting alongside a companion against men-at-arms of a house whose sigil we don’t recognize. If the colors were reversed, we’d think maybe the Rygers of Willow Wood… but it seems Cyanide has decided to make up a few new houses to fit into the setting, to give them more story-telling freedom.
