This screencap we’re focusing on because we believe the man in black is none other than Yoren, a ranger and “wandering crow” of the Night’s Watch who travels the Seven Kingdoms to recruit more men for the Wall. He looks… much cleaner and less disgusting than Yoren is described in the novel, it seems.
