This is described by Clapton as a design for Ser Jaime Lannister, the Kingslayer. As we can see, he’s certainly not keeping to Kingsguard uniform when not wearing his armor, which is in keeping with the novels. Of course, in the novels he wears his own gilded suit of armor rather than the traditional Kingsguard armor,  which they are not doing in the television series (though we’ve had it pointed out to us that Jaime’s kingsguard armor is a bit different from that of the rest of the knights of the Kingsguard).

This design certainly draws on that Asian, and specifically Japanese, aesthetic. The thing that most stands out for us, however, is that it really wouldn’t be amiss on a Tokyo fashion show runway, at least as far as this sketch shows us. While there are details that connect it to the Middle Ages or Renaissance—such as the piping at the shoulder—it feels distinctly modern in a way similar to Daenerys’s wedding gown. Still, the aesthetic of folding and wrapping which Clapton cited for her Cersei gown appears to be consistently carried through in the design.

She mentions that originally the design called for a cape or cloak, but that this was removed.
