This certainly appears to be a Lannister weapon, given the lion’s head on the top. It does not seem to be very similar to the sword as shown in a recent still featuring Jaime. It may be an earlier drawing, or it may represent some other Lannister’s weapon. We’re guessing it’s an early version of Jaime’s sword, however, due to the very extended ricasso element that we think we’re glimpsing here.

We’re told that Ser Jaime’s weapon as shown on the show also dates from the pilot, and is considered to be somewhat more fantastical than later weapons. We’re also told that Lion’s Tooth and Lord Tywin’s swords both use but refine and make more functional many of the elements of the design.
