Queen Cersei, thinking mysterious thoughts—perhaps of her brother and lover, Ser Jaime? Who knows. This is likely a scene with Tyrion, at a guess, as the number do share quite a few scenes in A Clash of Kings, the second novel of the A Song of Ice and Fire series from which the 2nd season is drawn. Peter Dinklage and Lena Headey are friends, and have both said they had looked forward to working together.
