It looks like some of Renly’s guards are using spyglasses (prosaically called “lens tubes” in the books) to survey something—ships at sea, or perhaps Storm’s End? You can glimpse Catelyn, and I’m fairly sure that just to the right of the microphone is Brienne of Tarth.
