Ser Jaime, now Lord Commander of the Kingsguard, in the chamber in the White Sword Tower. The book he closes is known as the White Book, and contains the names and deeds of every knight of the Kingsguard who ever served. This is a scene pretty much straight from the novel. The shortness of Jaime’s particular entry—seen on the page as he starts to close the book—is an excellent detail.
