This bit is quite the reveal, as it shows a very distinctly new storyline. Loras Tyrell is obviously being held prisoner and seems to be in some sort of trial, with his family and Cersei looking on… as well as militant followers of the Faith, who restrain him from charging at…. is that Olyvar? Looks like it. The obvious explanation is that the newly zealous Faith in King’s Landing takes issue with homosexuality (more so than the Faith generally does, as GRRM notes that while the Faith in the novels frowns on it it sees it as something of a minor sin) and seems to have the power to hold and try someone as significant as a famed knight who is also heir to one of the Great Houses of the realm and brother to the Queen of the Seven Kingdoms…
