The badge of office worn by Eddard Stark as Hand of the King. Lovely detail. The interesting thing is that many items of jewelry of the show are actually cast in resin and then painted with metallic paints; we suspect this may be one of those, but it looks very good to our eye.
In the novel, the badge Ned wears is a heavy, silver clasp for his cloak.
