Chaos on the high road! You can glimpse Bronn in the center background, what look like wildling clansmen running about, and you can just glimpse Tyrion—hands stretched out, wrists bound—rushing towards that stony wall to get himself out of danger. From previous clips we’ve seen (right in the first preview, in fact), it seems clear that he’s asking Catelyn to cut his bonds so that he can defend himself and their group against the clansmen.
