Arryn men-at-arms in the Vale. Round shields, of course, are a hallmark of the Dornish in the series; elsewhere in the Seven Kingdoms, heaters are more common. So this is a definite change. The new take on the Arryn arms, the “moon and falcon”, is more clearly evident here.
