Lord Eddard enters the fray. This would be one of the scenes shot on Malta over a period of a month or so. We suspect the building in back is an actual structure, rather than a set, and represents the high-end brothel run by Chataya (a role that hasn’t been named as cast, but may well be glimpsed as an extra this season).
As commenters have noted, above Eddard you can see two women, one whom is carrying an infant. She is certainly Mhaegen, the name given to the young prostitute who has had relations with King Robert.
