In the novel, Ser Barristan Selmy, Lord Commander of the Kingsguard, should also be on the table, but does not seem to be present here unless he’s off-camera in this shot.

In the background, there’s a tapestry featuring what looks like a battle scene, which is very much in keeping with the sort of decor Robert is said to have preferred.
