House Hayford

General Information

There is a Hayford road in the riverlands only a pair of days from High Heart, which may relate to the family. The only member of the house to appear is the Lady Ermesande Hayford, a babe in arms at the court of King’s Landing.

Spoilers

The Queen Regent Cersei of House Lannister wedded Lady Ermesande to her young cousin Tyrek Lannister, formerly squire to King Robert, so that the Lannisters could gain the Hayford lands. Young Tyrek, mocked by the other squires with the name of Wet Nurse, disappeared during the riot in King’s Landing after Princess Myrcella was sent on her way to Dorne. He has not been found and is presumed dead.
