V: 831-832 - An Ironman’s Worth

The black priest bowed his head. "There is no need. The Lord of Light has shown me your worth, lord Captain. Every night in my fires I glimpse the glory that awaits you."

This sounds rather ominous, doesn't it? Given what follows shortly after, it seems fair to say that Victarion's glory is not what he's been led to believe. Everything is quite murky, but it seems likely that he's being mislead regarding how to "claim" the horn, and the dragons with it.
