Here we have Buster Reeves, the fight coordinator, going through some of the fight choreography here. We suspect this may be a scene where Syrio provides a demonstration of his skills, with some will help from the guardsmen (ahem).

Interestingly, we get a pretty good look at the hilt of the sword belonging to one of the guards, and it seems to put paid to our belief that this scene revealed that their swords had bent hilts similar to the random nobles or guards from the pilot.
