This is confirmed as an extra, in this case playing what we believe to be a Stark servant or man-at-arms or perhaps even a Northern lord at Winterfell. There’s a certain grunginess to his costume, that gives it a very lived-in appearance, which seems a distinct part of the series’s aesthetic.
