A shot between takes, featuring Mark Addy as King Robert, Lena Headey as Queen Cersei, a glimpse of the two young actors playing Princess Myrcella (Aimee Richardson) and Prince Tommen (Callum Wharry), and (just off camera) Rory McCann as Sandor Clegane. Addy certainly has Robert’s big bushy beard in place, and seems appropriately florid. Cersei has great hair in this scene, dressed around a tiara or crown, and a long braid hanging down over a shawl or cloak which is embroidered with crimson lions. An interesting detail for the Hound is that he seems to be carrying a greatsword, which is a change from the books. Alternatively, this is in fact Ser Ilyn Payne (the King’s Justice), who would then have armor very similar to the Hound’s. But we’re betting it’s Sandor.
