A blurry shot, but it seems to us that the figure in green with long blond hair is probably Lena Headey as Cersei Lannister. There appears to be something of a crowd, and from previous behind the scenes, we suppose this is part of the filming of an important sequence that takes place part way through A Clash of Kings.
