A good look at the Unsullied, the eunuch slave-soldiers of Astapor. They are called the “lock-step legions”, in reference to the legions of Old Ghis, and doubtless are to be considered vaguely reminiscent of the Roman empire. They learn to fight with the “three spears”—probably the long spear, a shorter spear, and a throwing spear—and are extremely disciplined. They look very, very different from how they appeared in the first episode of the first season, to say the least.
