It seems he’s playing a role not dissimilar to that of Vargo Hoat in the novels, though without the foreign origin, the lisp, and the slobber. We’ve had it confirmed through reliable sources that his character is named Locke—whether that’s a conscious aim to make him a member of House Locke, or just coincidence, we’re not sure.
