Sitting next to Theon Greyjoy is Jonos Bracken, Lord of the Stone Hedge. One of the foremost lords of the riverlands, his introduction in this scene does rather fail to convey that fact—he would just seem like another northman to those who’ve not read the novels (or this site). In the book, he and other riverlords do indeed join up with Robb after his victory against Jaime Lannister.
