I am approximately 98% certain this is from the pilot. One thing one may notice between the pilot scenes and those filmed later are that Ned’s hair is dressed a bit differently, and it also looks darker as well. More notably, however, is the camera in this shot: it look like it has a magazine for film. We now know that the show has changed to digital cameras, the Arri Alexa, which looks very different.

This is our first look at the heart tree in the godswood of Winterfell. The weirwood tree is an actual tree, and does not feature the almost bone-white color of bark and wood that GRRM describes, while the carved face—carved by the children of the forest many thousands of years before—features none of the dried red sap that made up its eyes and mouth. I actually saw this face in the prop store when I visited it in October, and Bryan indicated that they decided to make a new face for the reshoots.
