We haven’t seen this outfit before, I’m fairly certain. An amazingly brocaded piece, we’re guessing this may be from the second day of the jousting. The way it overlaps suggests it may represent something that Cersei has gotten him, as Michelle Clapton has suggested (and her costuming for both Cersei and Jaime supports) that things like overlapping fabrics are a part of the design aesthetic for the Lannisters.
