Thanks to the comment, that clears it up: the hand belongs to Daenerys as she’s being shown by example something of the art of lovemaking by Doreah. This scene almost certainly matches up directly to an important scene for Daenerys from the books. I suspect the screen cap from the third teaser, here, comes from this same sequence.
