A nice profile of Lord Eddard as King Robert warns him that a war is coming. Here the show expands on the previous teaser quote, with Robert adding that he doesn’t even know who his enemy will be. This is certainly divergent from the characterization of Robert in the novel, as there he seemed wilfully ignorant of the tensions in his own kingdom that could have flared up into war.
