Lord Eddard interacting with his only surviving brother (and, indeed, only surviving near-kinsman) Benjen Stark. Benjen, the First Ranger of the Night’s Watch, was invited by Eddard to join them at Winterfell so that he could convince the king to lend the Watch more support.
In the novel, interestingly enough, such conversation is never shown between them. While it’s strongly implied, to the point of obviousness, that the two brothers would have interacted, readers never see it on screen.
