Grenn nose is quite bloodied after sparring with Jon, which will prove to be problematic for “Lord Snow”, as Ser Alliser takes to calling him in mockery of his bastardy.
However, this is a change from the novel. In the book, Grenn’s wrist is sprained (he claims it’s broken).
