Arya framed between the giant teeth of a monstrous skull… This is a scene shot in Malta. When George and I were speaking with Bryan Cogman in late October, he mentioned that they had made the one skull, but that it was in Malta at the time, so we can suppose the filming of this scene was taking place somewhere in that time frame, give or take a couple of weeks.
