The Hound, Sandor Clegane (Rory McCann), locked in battle with his huge brother, Ser Gregor Clegane, called the Mountain that Rides (Conan Stevens). A lot of interesting details here.

Glimpses of the Arryn, Lannister, Baratheon, and Stark banners in the background. The white-beared gentleman in the background may be a septon. Next to him are two knights of the Kingsguard (you can tell by the crown on their chest armor). The helmets are ... unique, to say the least, and seem (with the scales) to perhaps be a nod to the Targaryen dynasty origins of the guard (the triple comb/crest referring to dragons or the three-headed dragon of the Targaryen arms). Alas,

no apparent white cloaks

(an extra confirms they are wearing white cloaks on occason, and we believe they can be discerned near the legs of the leftmost Kingsguard), or any other nods to the white that dominates in the books: white armor, white shields, white clothing, and so on.

We can see that they’ve settled on Sandor’s burns being on the right side of his face, which is in fact exactly the opposite of how it is described in A Game of Thrones. Otherwise, though, the fidelity is good: he combs the hair on his unburned side over to his right, just as described. On the other hand, he lacks a helmet, the wearing of which provides a piece of characterization and contrast between the two brothers. His armor is not the dark, unornamented plate he wears in the series, seeming more like a hauberk of studded leather.
