“Catelyn. I write this in haste and danger. We have fled the capital and fear for our livos [sic]. Jon Arryn did not die naturally. He was murdered. The Lannister Cercei [sic] was behind this. Beware! Your sister with love, Lysa.
This very much matches the gist of the message as Catelyn described in the novel.
