Game of Thrones: Seven Devils 01
The first shot from the “Seven Devils” trailer features what certainly looks like a helicopter shot of the rugged, Icelandic landscape representing the lands beyond the Wall. I recall David and Dan mentioning they’d love to be able to afford helicopters for filming vistas and panoramic views, but it was prohibitive last year, especially with so many start-up costs. It looks like Iceland—and possibly inaccessible locations that needed helicopters anyways?—may have provided them some opportunities.
