Pulled back, we see more from the previous image, including the fact that it looks like several Lhazreen women are in Daenerys‘s company. The other two Dothraki must represent other members of her khas, alongside Rakharo. We only see three here, unless the mounted horseman is supposed to be the fourth, although we suspect he’s actually one of Drogo’s bloodriders.
