This certainly appears to be from episode #9, “Blackwater”, written by George R.R. Martin and directed by Neil Marshall. Exciting! This is also another look at what seems to be the costumes for Lannister soldiers, which is less heavily armored and much less ornate than the Lannister guard armor.

Truth be told, I really wish they could go with what George actually describes—much less uniformity in costume for the vast majority of soldiers and knights, a lot more heraldry and the like—but at the same time I suppose we have to accept that the show has gone in the direction of just simplifying things both visually and monetarily.
