Swedish fans—you’ll be interested in this, I’m pretty sure. Stockholm’s famed Nalen night club is playing host to the Nalen TV Club’s second themed party, and—you guessed it—this time around the theme is HBO’s Game of Thrones!
The event on the evening of the 15th of October will feature a quiz, prizes, and—of course—some amazing music! We’ve also been informed that modern-day jester Arkadia has been booked to entertain at the event.
The club already has 200 people RSVPing, but they want to pack the venue at Nalen, so more are welcome! As to appropriate garb? Come as you are… but if you could work in a nod to the costumes of the show or novels, that’s a bonus. And there’ll definitely be a few party-goers in full costume… though this being Sweden, the question of showing up as Naked Hodor or one of Littlefinger’s prostitutes did come up (response: no nudity, but so long as it’s tasteful, you don’t need to be 100% clothed if you’d rather not…)
