As has been noted in comments, this is Winterfell (thanks for the correction). The seat of House Stark, who rule the North as vassals to the Iron Throne, Winterfell can see snow even in the late Summer. The food for Winterfell is described as containing quite a variety of meat, and generally simpler, more rustic fare. You can see what seems to be an open forge in the foreground, with a bellows attached for stoking the flames.
