More early sketch work for the Hound, carrying the spikes through to the rest of the armor and not just the helm. We can also see that these sketches may be the origin of the production’s decision to place his scars on the right side of his face as opposed to his left as described in A Game of Thrones; although at times GRRM himself has slipped-up and placed them on the right side as well, its clear his intention was the left side.
