Curious! I believe I may have glimpsed this when I was in Belfast, but it looks like the heraldry of a house that hasn’t even appeared or been mentioned in the books—House Roxton of the Ring—appealed to the graphic artists in charge of designing heraldry. The field and tincture have been changed from blue and gold to red and silver, but otherwise it’s quite unmistakable.
