A bloody fight in the streets outside of a brothel, with Lord Eddard locked in combat with the Kingslayer. This is not, precisely, from the books—the scene has been dramatized by the addition of a swordfight between the two men.

Note the bodies lying around—four to six Lannister guards, two Stark guardsmen with spears right through them (possibly thrown through them?)... and what seems to be Jory Cassel, captain of the Stark guard.
