One of the stunt riders for Ser Loras, it seems. Behind him is one of the extras playing a Kingsguard, carrying the white cloak under his arm, and behind him is an obscured Kingsguard and a gentleman we assume is a septon. They seem very similarly placed to this image from one of the earliest teasers for the series. We also get a look at what seem to be either noblewomen or perhaps burghers of King’s Landing, with garments and especially shawls that put one in mind of Rome more than medieval England.

The Knight of Flowers’s armor is quite complete,and this particular angle gives us a very good look at the arm harness.
